1 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ek33 online gaming platform ("ek33", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "member"). 3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. ek33 reserves the right to cancel or hold suspicious transactions.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Any active bonus wagering must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Additional documents may be requested during verification of a withdrawal. In cases of suspected suspicious activity, withdrawals will remain on hold until the investigation is complete.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

• Wagering requirement: 15 times the total bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus applies once per new account only.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirement is met.

4.2 Other Promotions

ek33 has five VIP tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.3%, Gold — up to 0.5%, Platinum — up to 0.6%, Diamond — up to 0.8%. Tier advancement depends on the member's overall activity. ek33 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Gaming Service Terms

5.2 Fair Play Guarantee

ek33 may close an account in the following cases:

• Breach of terms or fraudulent activity.
• Registration using false information.
• Extended period of account inactivity.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.

• Advance notice may not always be possible in the case of emergency maintenance.
